Extra Innings offers indoor comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-17. These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
This 1 day clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting and bunting. Our instructors will conduct a detailed point-by-point inspection of the stance grip and swing and will correct any flaws or problems. All batting tunnels and the training room will be utilized. A great way to continue to improve your hitting skills! Space is limited.

This 4 day clinic focuses on all aspects of the game. Our instructors will go over everything from hitting, bunting, catching, to fielding, base running, and more and they will correct any flaws or problems. This clinic will be held outdoors at Marsh Field in Muskegon (weather permitting). Games may be played depending on the number of players in the clinic. This is a great way to continue to improve your skills during the summer and have a great time! This clinic will run Monday through Thursday with Friday being used if there is a rained out day. Space is limited.

October NIKE SPARQ Speed and Agility Training (6 session clinic)This 6 session clinic focuses on improving the players overall speed and agility. It is instructed by certified athletic trainer Mike Braid from Shoreline Sport and Spine. Players will be tested the first and last week of the clinic in order to see their improvements. A great way to get into, and learn how to stay in shape, as well as improve your overall speed and agility! Space is limited.
